Develop talent within the teams to create the leaders of the future.
Approach:
1. Build a digital simulation that would drive a more detailed understanding of the business strategy, and build key leadership capabilities.
2. Design a Leadership Playbook to support participants with honing their leadership style.
Prospectus is a specialist recruitment consultancy and recruitment advertising and design agency working exclusively with the beyond profit sector.
Challenge:
To develop their brand image as it no longer reflected the fast expansion and growing audience. It needed to be fresh, innovative and fun as it felt too corporate.
Approach:
I was given a budget to manage and started by carrying customer surveys, reviewing competition and creating various moodboards from new colour palettes, typography and photography. Once I came up with the concept and it was agreed I organised a professional photoshoot which set the tone for the rest of the brand.

Challenge:
Help high potential directors define their leadership signature and clarify their purpose in the context of the organisation’s future.
Approach:
Design a set of printed materials for a workshop instead of digital media to make the overall session feel more tangible, encouraging in-depth discussions.
BVLGARI is famous for its glamorous gemstone jewellery, luxury watches, perfumes and leather goods.
Challenge:
Drive adoption of new omni-channel services, processes and tools to drive a digital mindset in Bvlgari teams.
Approach:
1. Create a digital experience that replicates ‘a day in the store’.
2. Create a digital case study to introduce and prepare participants to the digital experience.
